Age of Darkness, Cursed City & Games Expo!
Hey everyone, it's us your local Trolls back again this week with another blog post. This week sees the pre-orders for the Horus Heresy Age of Darkness box go live as well as a big re-stock of Cursed City. Lastly the TTCombat guys have returned from Games Expo in Birmingham, and what an event it was!
Firstly, we've put our pre-orders for the new Heresy boxed set on our store. Unsurprisingly they've proven to be extremely popular, so make sure to order what you want sooner rather than later! The staff members here at Troll Trader HQ are already planning their legions: with Blood Angels, Dark Angels, Night Lords, Emperors Children and Space Wolves being chosen so far. What legion are you playing with the new edition of the Horus Heresy?
We've also had a full re-stock of our Cursed City range, with all the favourites such as Radukar the Wolf, Gorslav and the Skeleton Horde. These we're also expecting to be popular so make sure to grab yours whilst you can. We also have a few boxed sets with no miniatures in for the people who want to pick up the game itself.
Lastly, Games Expo was last weekend and it was extremely successful! We were running demos of Carnevale, Rumbleslam and Half Tilt - a new Halfling Jousting game that's in the works. These all proved to be very popular and boxes were flying off the shelves. In addition we had various event exclusive bundles on TTCombat terrain which were even more popular! It's safe to say our laser team will be busy over the coming weeks!
As well as the MDF exclusives we also had a bunch of model exclusives which were available at the event as well as on the TTCombat store over the weekend. Our favourites were the 32mm Scourge Warrior and the fearsome alternative Karcharos sculpt - a Hammerhead Shark!
We'd like to thank everyone who came over to say hello to us at Expo as well as taking time out of their event to try our games and those of course who bought stuff from us! It was a real joy to attend the event and we had a bunch of fun there. That's another blog post done this week, see you later Trolls.
