Returns & Cancelation Policy

Returns

If you wish to return an item you must contact us first and have your return approved by the returns department.  Any returns sent to us without pre-approval will be at risk of being rejected.

Once approved we must receive goods back within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept items for refund or exchange, unless the item has a manufacturing fault.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, this will either be noted in the product description or be one of the following -
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (if approved by returns department)

For any unwanted purchases or instances where there is no fault/problem with the order then returns will be dealt with as buylist products. Customers returning unwanted items will receive refunds equal to the current buy price, or 50% of the price it was bought at, subject to approval and confirmation by the returns department.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds for unwanted purchases or where there is no fault/problem will be refunded as Store Credit to your account. Please note that if your item is returned for a refund or Store Credit, this does not include the postage paid on the order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve not received your refund within 7 working days of confirmation from the returns department, please contact us at trolltrader@googlemail.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Damaged/defective items can only be sent back in exchange for the same item, send us an email at trolltrader@googlemail.com and await confirmation to send your item to: Unit 1, Moorland Road Business Park, Indian Queens, Cornwall, TR9 6GX.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or it has been otherwise agreed with the returns department that you will not pay shipping.
If you are shipping an item, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and no refunds/exchanges will be given for items that do not reach us.

Cancelling your order:

If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us as soon as possible after placing said order. If your order has not yet been marked as dispatched it may unfortunately be the case that your parcel has still been printed, picked and packed. If this is the case, we will be unable to cancel the order and the returns process above will need to be followed instead. 

If your order is cancelled and your chosen payment method involves fees being charged on the payment (Paypal etc), then any refund given will be minus these fees unless the cancellation is due to faults on our end.
