Payment
We pay in advance by PayPal if you live in the UK (Goods & Services) or on delivery by bank transfer. If PayPal is your preference then we would need your PayPal address.
If you would like bank transfer on delivery then please write POD (Payment on Delivery) on the box. It helps us to identify it among other incoming parcels as one that need to be bumped to the front of the queue.
Please note POD payments are made once the items have been checked in and if your parcel arrives late in the day or we have a heavy workload it might be the next working day before payment gets made.
We also offer store credit on delivery which is your quote +20%. Please ensure you write VOD (Voucher on Delivery) on the box as again, it helps us identify it on arrival to be put in the priority pile.
Please check the Customs Fees section if you are selling to us from outside of the UK.
Shipping or collection
You can post to us however you like (we recommend a tracked service). Alternatively we can send a courier to collect one sealed box from you which takes £14 off what we pay.
Please also put your name on the bottom left corner of the top of the box. Then we can quickly locate your details in order to check in your parcel once it arrives.

To book a courier
Simply send an email to trolltrader@googlemail.com with your address, contact number and ideal day for collection (Mon-Fri). Our dispatch team will message you back directly to confirm the booking.
Please put FAO Collections in the subject line.
Parcelforce will bring a label for your package.
Packaging
Pack the models as you would want them to arrive. Do not bubblewrap and tape each model. This takes a long time for us to sort and often leads to breakages when trying to unwrap the miniatures.
Customs Fees
Please note that with Brexit and the ever-changing postal climate, if you are selling to us from outside the UK, there may be a significant Customs Fee. Please bear in mind that this may be taken into consideration in your quote and we would advice that you sell to us as much as you can to make it worth it.
Fake and Non-Genuine Items
Please be aware that we cannot accept any models or parts that are re-cast or otherwise produced as direct copies of Games Workshop or Forge World models. If we receive any such models as part of your lot we reserve the right to ask for proof of authenticity and, where appropriate, a refund for the value paid on the models. Due to Royal Mail shipping laws Troll Trader is unable to post these items back via the postal system and any items determined to be fake or non-genuine will be destroyed. If you are in doubt as to the authenticity of your models, please do not include them in your quote.
