This is a Orruk Warchanter for the rampaging hordes of the Orruk Warclans, painted by Dave on Stream. The Warchanter was used to demonstrate how to paint Ironjawz using TTCombat paints in a wide variety of techniques, and the whole thing was finished in three hours!
