Royal Mail prohibit the delivery of certain items. View the list of items here. These items will be sent using an alternate carrier. If this applies, we will notify you prior to dispatching your order. We are unable to ship any aerosol products outside of the UK.
Please note, some bulky/heavy items such as books and cases are unable to be shipped outside of the UK mainland using our standard shipping charges, this should be noted on the listing description. If you would like a custom shipping charge, then please contact us with your full address and a list of the items in your basket and we can get you a quote.
Due to local shipping laws, certain items cannot be sent to certain countries. If your order includes one of these items, we will notify you prior to sending out your order. We advise to check your country's local laws to avoid ordering anything that cannot pass through customs.
Shipping to non-UK destinations may incur customs and duty charges. Refusal to pay charges will result in the package being returned to us. Any charges, shipping costs, or administrative/handling fees incurred by unpaid import charges/taxes may be deducted from any refund/added to re-shipping costs.

UPDATED EU SHIPPING: As of July 1st 2026, imports into countries within the EU will carry a base customs duty of 3€. This flat rate is cumulative and will be applied for each item type (Harmonised Tariff Code) within the shipment. Examples of different item types are, but not limited to:
- Plastic/resin miniatures
- Metal miniatures
- Books
- Dice
- Tokens
- Paints
- Hobby tools
- Paint brushes
Due to these changes we are temporarily unable to ship to the following countries:
- Germany
- Denmark
- Luxembourg
- Ireland
Please note that the fee is once per item type. For example an order of 3 miniature sets and 2 paints will incur a charge of 6€.
Please be aware that in the case of returned orders, these fees will be deducted from any refund/added to re-shipping costs, due to EU customs directing the charge to us.
