This is a Eldar Autarch for the Aeldari Craftworlds painted by Jay on Stream. The Autarch was used to demonstrate how to paint Aeldari in the scheme of the Iyanden Craftworld using TTCombat paints in a wide variety of techniques, and the whole thing was finished in four hours!
