Customers Creations Week Two

Hello everyone, welcome to our next special blog post.
We will be taking a look at some more of the great paint jobs done by our amazing customers.

Bretonnian Knight on Foot - Tom Evens

First up we have Tom's Bretonnian Knight on foot. As you can see from the first couple of images this model has been stripped and given a brand new paint job.

Tom has gone for a very classic feel with the red and white quartered on the armour, then finishing the whole model off with a free handed shield as well.

Such a great job on a classic model from Warhammer Fantasy range, I would love to see Tom's fully painted force in the future.

Redemptor Dreadnought - Filip Damjanovski

Next we have this Redemptor Dreadnought by Filip, as you can see he's taken it from a basic paint job and turned it into a stunning model. Not sure if the Dark Angels deserve such an amazing painted model.

He has added so much more to this model with the few simple additions such as the wings, purity seals and the smoke coming out of the exhausts combine that with the highlights and the armour chipping as well.

There are also a lot of subtle little things with the model when you take a look such as the light source on the search light and surrounding area down to the squad markings and writing on the purity seal.

Amazing job Filip.

Dreadlord on Black Dragon - Matt Bolton

Our final one for this week is the menacing Dreadlord on a mighty black dragon.

Matt has built and painted this model from the sprue to a fully painted model and what an amazing job he has done to this kit.

This whole paint scheme just gives the model a cold and ruthless feel from the dragon and rider all the way down to the base as well.

The greys work really well with the dragon's skin tones followed by the highlights just to give it all definition. The Dreadlord himself has also kept this ruthless theme as he has been painted in a cold black colour scheme, not just his armour but his weapons as well.

I would honestly love to see more of Matt’s painted Dark Elf force.

That’s it for this week's blog so from all the Trolls here at HQ, stay smelly and catch you all in our next exciting blog post.
